Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center

My original room had some noisy neighbors and I was able to be moved really easily. I appreciate that. The room itself was comfortable and clean, both a must for my travels. The location? Not so much, but that was my fault as I was the one who wanted to stay at this particular hotel. There were some nearby good food options and the hotel bar was nice with some unique twists on classic drinks.

The location is excellent and the rooms are above average, but what truly sets this property apart is the exceptional service, specifically from Eric. Eric embodies what hospitality should be. From the moment I arrived, he was genuinely attentive and remarkably professional. He held the automatic doors, personally escorted me to the hotel elevators, and even keyed in my floor, all without being prompted. That level of service is rare these days, and it didn’t go unnoticed. He wasn’t just helpful, he was intentional. There’s a quiet confidence in the way he operates that makes guests feel seen without ever feeling overwhelmed. It’s subtle, thoughtful, and exactly what luxury customer service is supposed to be. Eric is the kind of team member who elevates the entire experience. If management is reading this: he’s a gem. Don’t let him go unnoticed.

One of the best properties for both price and location. Easy to get to downtown loop.from here. It's always quiet, clean and friendly staff. This weekend is my 4th stay here. Recommend trying this property!

We had our wedding and reception at Le Meridien, Oak Brook, and I just can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was. Charmagne is absolutely outstanding! Throughout the entire planning process she offered great advice, was always available to answer questions, and has such a kind, calming presence. On the day of our wedding, she executed our vision flawlessly-above and beyond our expectations. The entire staff was fantastic and took such great care of our guests. We had many guests from out of town and they were all very pleased with their rooms and the hotel overall. The 9th floor ballroom is stunning-modern, elegant and floor-to-ceiling windows. We received rave reviews from our guests aboutcthe food, service and atmosphere. We highly, highly recommend Le Meridien for an event. And once again, a huge thank you to Charmagne for all your hard work and for making our day so special!

Everything was clean and well appointed. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Oakbrook mall and restaurants. Cheesecake factory shares the parking lot breakfast is on the top floor and done in European style.

In 2025 I stayed at The Westin Chicago Lombard and I was very disappointed with the hotel cleanliness and upkeep. If you are considering between the two hotels, please go with Le Meridien. I am enjoying my stay, I will use Le Meridien in the future. My sheets, towels, and room was clean smelled fresh. The staff have all been very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

A Wonderful Stay – Thanks to Maxine! I had a very good visit recently, and I truly appreciated the level of care I received. There was some maintenance happening during my stay — which I took as a sign that they’re investing in updates. Maxine, the Guest Services Supervisor, went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to her and the team, I had a relaxing and positive experience. I’ll definitely return!

This location is perfect for shopping at the Oakbrook Center. With lots of restaurants within walking distance and all the shops .Dog friendly and the shower literally blew us away. The water pressure is something amazing. Other than a hold on our card for two x times $280 when we already paid on hotels.com, which came off in a couple of days. This hotel is a good one. Parking is abundant with a parking pass in your dash and service is very helpful
